How Telewander handles enquiries and requests for the partner profile.
Who to contact
Telewander ApS, Edison Park 4, 6715 Esbjerg, Denmark, is responsible for personal information it receives through this website. Write to contact@telewander.com with privacy questions or requests, including access, correction or deletion.
Ordinary enquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email address, organisation and message, and, if you are asking about a consortium, an optional call reference, deadline, contribution and project stage. When the form prepares an email draft, that information stays in your browser until you send it with your own email provider. If the optional contact service is connected, the form sends the message to Telewander’s mailbox so we can reply. The contact form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Partner profile requests
If you ask for Telewander’s Partner Identification Form, we use your email address to send you the current PDF as an attachment. It is not consent to marketing, a newsletter or later promotion. We do not ask for a phone number.
We keep a short-lived hashed count of requests from an address or network so the form cannot send unlimited mail. Those counts expire within a few hours. Server logs record a request id and a masked address, not the message content or the full email address. You can ask us to delete a request by emailing contact@telewander.com.
The form checks that the address is usable and ignores automated submissions that fill a hidden field. These checks do not mean every address belongs to a particular person.
Simple Email Service sends the message from contact@telewander.com, with the PDF attached. The same file is also stored with this website. If sending fails, the form says so and does not claim the message was sent.
What we do not do
We do not sell addresses, add you to an advertising audience, or send a newsletter because you requested the partner profile. The site does not use marketing cookies or analytics scripts. The confirmation page is not indexed and does not include third-party tracking.
Hosting
The website is hosted on AWS Amplify. Essential hosting logs may include technical request data. External project and partner links lead to sites with their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You may ask about access, correction, deletion or restriction, and you may complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency. This notice describes our practice. It is not a certification.
